  On the page before Eduard's experience this was stated. It shows me that many elderly are now struggling financially now Armageddon has been so delayed. Yet, the GB continues to encourage living on next to nothing and pioneering. In a few decades Eduard's kids can support him financially, while the GB declines any responsibility. CULT!

  At an expected donation of $75 per family, which will not be happening - I wonder how long the society will continue with SAD/CA. They are no longer the cash cow they used to be.

  For $75 I know far more fun things to do with my family...

  Be prepared - "Every Effort" to bring back inactive ones from their miserable lives is soon to kick off...

  16 Help those who have become inactive.
  Jesus said that there is joy in heaven when just one lost sheep is found. Obviously, Jehovah cares deeply about all those who have expressed love for his name, even if they are not actively serving him at present. When we help such ones return to the congregation, we contribute to making Jehovah and the angels rejoice.
  
  17 Are you among those who are not now actively serving God? Perhaps someone in the congregation hurt you and as a result you stopped associating with Jehovah’s organization. Since some time may have passed, ask yourself: ‘Is my life now more meaningful, and am I happier? Was it Jehovah who offended me, or was it an imperfect human? Has Jehovah God ever done anything to harm me?’ Really, he has always done good toward us. Even if we are not living up to our dedication to him, he allows us to enjoy the good things he provides. Soon, Jehovah’s day

  It is compared to lighting a building, where you light up one gaslight at a time (this approach makes sense). Not having past truth suddenly be a DF offence.

  i know nothing about legal matters, but there are those here who are quite keen at these things.. if they changed the no blood teaching, would this open the watchtower society up to litigation?.

  This did not happen when they ended their ban on vaccinations, nor did it happen when they ended the ban on organ transplats. Therefore, I think it will not be too bad.

  Listened in on two Elders talking about my old congregation!

  last night at my brother's house ( he's an elder ) i listened in on a conversation he was having with another elder about my old congregation ( which i haven't attended in 2 years and have been left alone).

  our congregation had at one time 86 members.. they talked about:.

  * how the congregation went from 86 members to 26.
